Terms of Use
Last updated: April 7, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ODEHL's website, demo request forms, and local fulfillment services using microhubs across participating cities. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
ODEHL provides warehousing, sorting, packing, and same-day local delivery coordination through a network of neighborhood microhubs. Hub locations, capacity, and service levels depend on your market and the agreement we sign with you.
2. Inventory and Compliance
You are responsible for the legality, labeling, and condition of goods you store with us. We may refuse or return inventory that is hazardous, restricted, or non-compliant with applicable law or our operating standards.
3. Billing and Commitments
Billing, storage commitments, and other commercial terms are defined in your signed order form or service agreement. Amounts paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Performance and SLAs
Delivery timeframes, cutoffs, and service-level targets are described in your agreement. Estimates shared during sales conversations are directional and not guarantees unless expressly written into your contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODEHL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
6. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
7. Contact
